STUDENT LEADERSHIP
Student Leadership Advisor: Mr. Michael Green
The Student Leadership program promotes school spirit and community service. Student Council members develop many important life skills during their terms including teamwork, organizational skills and leadership skills.
Responsibilities of the Student Leadership Advisor: Selects well qualified students from 5th and 6th grades to learn leadership skills to represent the school in a variety of activities. Teach students how to lead meetings, produce agendas, and to vote on issues pertaining to Student Leadership. Advises, coordinates, and supervises the activities of student leadership, maintains a model for behavior by student leaders, and handle student funds raised through student leadership activities. Attend WELCH Conference with students. Coordinate student leadership services to help with school wide activities.
