Your survival kit will be labeled with your child’s name, teacher’s name, room number, and expiration date.  It will be kept on campus until the end of the school year.  At the end of the school year, the kit will be returned to the student to take home.

Remember to return the kit with the new information on the tag:  student’s name, teacher’s name, room number, expiration date, to your teacher for storage in the September.  Please feel free to add any small personal items to your bag (e.g. extra socks)
